Sr Marketing eCommerce Analyst - National Remote

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire email deployment process, from planning to execution, utilizing platforms like Salesforce. Responsible for patient-facing deployments and supporting internal deployments as needed
• Ensure timely and accurate deployment of emails, adhering to best practices and compliance standards
• Analyze post-deployment email data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement, and develop and maintain comprehensive reports to track key KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates
• Manage and maintain OFT (Outlook Template) files and other creative assets used in email campaigns
• Proactively share insights and recommendations with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to inform future email strategies
• Continuously test and optimize email templates to improve engagement and performance
• Accommodate leadership data requests as needed and regularly communicate with key business partners, including provider marketing, communications, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in email marketing and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our email programs
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana) to ensure workflows and projects remain on task
• Quickly learn and adapt to new processes and continuously refine systems and seek innovative solutions
• Understand and adapt to the Optum culture

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications or related field with a solid focus on deployment management and data analysis
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe
• Knowledge of HTML for email template development
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Demonstrated solid writing/communications skills
• Demonstrated solid organizational skills

• Experience with A/B testing to optimize email campaigns
• Familiarity with email deliverability and inbox placement strategies
• Demonstrated solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven to be a self-starter with the ability to balance and execute multiple projects concurrently
