About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive Workbench product success through data-driven insights and strategic market positioning. In this role, you'll be the critical bridge between our product development and go-to-market teams, translating technical capabilities into compelling creator value propositions. You'll own the development and analysis of creator insights, establish and track key performance metrics, and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive benchmarks. This position is part of the Workbench team at eshop, which is reinventing the content creation experience across multiple formats to become the most trusted and innovative content development platform, supporting rapid experimentation, global deployments, and self-service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creator insights and market research initiatives to inform product strategy and positioning
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and tools, including messaging, positioning, and launch planning
  • Create and maintain product marketing collateral, enablement materials, and creator-facing documentation
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, competitive benchmarks, and industry trends to guide strategic decisions
  • Serve as the liaison between product development and go-to-market teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and messaging
  • Synthesize feedback from business development and creator community to inform product roadmap and feature development
  • Drive operational readiness across teams for product launches, including training and process documentation
  • Identify market opportunities and challenges through ongoing competitive analysis and creator feedback
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders to maximize product visibility and adoption

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
