That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at T-Mobile, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of our Consumer Business unit. Your core mission is to translate corporate growth priorities into high-impact product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, boost margins, and expand market share. In this role, you'll serve as the strategic link between cross-functional partners—including Product Management, Finance, Go-To-Market Teams, Marketing, and Executive Leadership—to develop and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for segment-specific solutions. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from market sizing and competitive analysis to go-to-market planning, launch execution, lifecycle management, and profitability optimization. You will be expected to blend analytical rigor with strategic insight and executional excellence, ensuring that every product we bring to market is positioned for success and aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with the buying audience and produce the source messaging blueprint.
  • Create product collateral such as data sheets, FAQs, technical briefs, and presentations for both internal stakeholder teams and customer facing use.
  • Deliver webinars and training sessions where needed.
  • Develop and lead cross functional execution of a standard set of product marketing assets including audience segmentation, competitive positioning, pricing and packaging, messaging and positioning, launch and operational plans.
  • Assist in product naming by providing market, competitive and customer context.
  • Support launch planning and orchestrate execution of the commercial release of products and services.
  • Provide market and buyer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies including demand creation and reputation building.
  • Serve as market-facing SME/thought leader for the product and interface with industry analysts as company representative.
  • Develop customer references, testimonials, and insights for external and internal use.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of products in the market and communicate the results of related sales and marketing efforts.
  • Perform ongoing analysis of customer adoption and success and provide feedback to the product team.
  • Support other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science.
  • 7+ years of experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies, messaging and related tactics in close cooperation with Product Management and Sales.
  • Strong technical foundation, including experience delivering segment-specific solutions.
  • Extensive customer interaction experience and customer success storytelling.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong content development skills (crisp messaging and compelling presentation of content).
  • Proven interaction, interface and project management with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing programs/campaigns, demand generation, field marketing and sales.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience.
