About the Role

As a member of the Solution Consulting team at ServiceNow, you will support Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales by guiding revenue growth through technical solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles. The role involves working closely with sales, product management, and executive teams to develop and demonstrate product-specific solutions, provide customer insights, and contribute to strategic programs in top accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and align solutions through product demonstrations.
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and colleagues.
  • Guide strategic programs in top accounts, such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreements.
  • Provide feedback to product management regarding product enhancements to meet customer needs.
  • Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with sales teams to promote execution excellence.
  • Willingness to travel.
