About the Role

Docusign brings agreements to life. Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM). The role involves owning the narrative around Docusign's solutions for procurement and supplier contracting, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive go-to-market strategies, and serving as a subject matter expert on procurement challenges and buying journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Showcase the value of Docusign's product and capabilities to the target market, understanding why they buy, what features are most important to them, and how they will benefit.
  • Responsible for the positioning, messaging, and content asset creation that amplify the Docusign for procurement teams narrative.
  • Measure impact of assets across teams.
  • Uncover customer insights to improve the customer journey and accelerate the sales cycle and refine and optimize messaging based on these insights.
  • Partner with demand generation to create compelling campaigns that drive acquisition and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure that Sales has the right content, tools, and training to develop and close deals effectively.
  • Drive usage and create expansion opportunities in collaboration with customer success.
  • Work with International Marketing to showcase the value of IAM solutions for procurement audiences in core international regions.
  • Support strategic customer and internal events (e.g., customer/partner conferences, sales meetings, executive briefings).
  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure new products and functionalities are effectively featured, packaged, priced, launched, and communicated for procurement audiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Experience in translating complex data into actionable customer insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience simplifying technical topics for business audiences.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience creating and leading sales enablement content and initiatives.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in procurement or supplier contracting solutions.
  • Experience with international marketing strategies.
