About the Role

The Intuit Fintech team is seeking a product leader to develop and deliver on our strategy to build an Embedded Lending Platform. We are looking for a leader who has the drive, curiosity and technical experience to move fast, execute and iterate. Embedded lending is an enticing market opportunity, with the US digital lending market expected to grow significantly by 2030. The role involves creating a flexible, comprehensive, and frictionless Lending-as-a-Service platform that supports external integrations and partnerships, empowering customers to manage their finances more easily and securely. Key Responsibilities

Lead the embedded Lending charter
Own the product vision and strategy for expanding Intuit's lending capabilities beyond QuickBooks and embed lending in third-party platforms like Amazon, aligning teams and stakeholders around a bold vision
Shape and drive a platform that supports lending experiences across multiple business lines, focusing on scale, performance, and developer usability, partnering with engineering to deliver scalable capabilities
Develop deep customer empathy through research, understanding the end-to-end journey for small businesses seeking capital, and optimize user flows
Build seamless API-driven integrations and ensure third-party developers can easily embed offerings
Collaborate with product, engineering, business development, marketing, design, and risk teams to craft experiences that balance customer delight with risk and compliance
Define product roadmaps, write PR-FAQs, and break ideas into deliverable milestones
Use data to track performance and refine strategy, leading product prioritization and development aligned with customer needs and business objectives

Requirements

6+ years of experience delivering world-class fintech product experiences, with deep experience in lending and/or embedded finance
Proven track record of launching and scaling new products, establishing and evangelizing a compelling product vision and strategy
Platform mindset and technical fluency, including understanding APIs, data flows, and scalable architecture, with experience working closely with engineering teams on complex integrations
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including storytelling, cross-functional leadership, and presenting to partners and executives
Outstanding analytical skills to assess data streams and derive strategic insights
Experience with AI/ML technologies and integrating them into product features is a plus
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MS is a plus
