Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with product, engineering, sales teams and leaders to develop and deliver on the product marketing vision and pipeline objectives.
  • Produce scalable marketing materials such as website updates, videos, pitch decks, and one-pagers to drive core messaging, product awareness, and pipeline growth.
  • Gather customer insights and feedback, understand their voice, and incorporate it into messaging and strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop enablement tools, training, and materials that help communicate the value of products to customers.
  • Share Samsara's impact by speaking at internal and external events.
  • Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles, including Customer Success, Building for the Long Term, Growth Mindset, Inclusivity, and Teamwork, as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • 5+ years of experience working with sales and in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
  • Strong commercial orientation with enthusiasm for engaging with customers and supporting deal closures.
  • Strong internal communication and relationship-building skills, with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven with the ability to structure complex analysis and derive insights.
  • Ability to create clarity out of ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS B2B marketing.
  • Experience working with sales and customer-facing roles.
