About the Role

The Strategic Growth Intern, Part-Time Fall 2025 position is an internship opportunity within the healthcare industry, supporting the Medicaid Strategy team in analyzing market and product data to inform consumer strategy and strategic segment initiatives. The role offers exposure to strategic product growth, AEP enrollment, process improvement, and data analytics, with a focus on developing innovative solutions and understanding consumer patterns.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize critical thinking skills to find innovative solutions for complex situations
Analyze large-scale data sets to identify potential growth product segments in consumer patterns and geographies
Synthesize market and product data to gain a comprehensive perspective on consumer patterns to inform ongoing strategic projects

Requirements

Pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Strategy, Economics, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related degree at an accredited college or university
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for the duration of the internship
Availability to be onsite at least once per week at an eligible PulsePoint location

Nice to Have

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Previous Healthcare experience is greatly preferred
Advanced MS Office experience

Qualifications

Current enrollment in a relevant master's degree program
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
