About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, recommend, and prioritize new business opportunities through organic investment and partnerships.
• Define, develop, and deploy new products and services, and/or enhancements to existing products, to address customer needs by leveraging Boeing's strengths and competitive advantages.
• Identify, validate, and implement appropriate business models to enable success of new or enhanced Boeing products and services, including developing and leading collaboration with third parties to maximize value.
• Apply project management best practices, tools, and structure to lead integrated teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, with a minimum of 9+ years of work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Development, Corporate Development, Sales, or Supplier Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Aerospace.
• Ability to travel to support business and team requirements (approximately 10%-25%).
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership in a matrix organization.
• Manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously.
• Constructively engage with colleagues across the enterprise.
• Deal with highly ambiguous business environment.
• Communicate effectively and skillfully present to senior audiences including management and executive leadership.
• Understanding of the current commercial aerospace services market landscape, specifically the commercial parts market.
• Understanding of Boeing's existing services portfolio, market positioning, and organizational structure and stakeholders.

• Commercial aviation aftermarket, parts and distribution experience.

• Pay range: $158,950 - $215,050, based on experience and qualifications.
