As a Talent Marketing Partner, you will actively contribute to the company's success by positioning Roche as the employer of choice and creating a unique candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Talent Marketing strategies to attract high-quality applicants in the Americas region.
Partner with specific business areas to create sustainable talent pipelines.
Work closely with stakeholders from various business areas, hiring leaders, and People & Culture colleagues to support talent attraction efforts.
Contribute to positioning Roche as the employer of choice through compelling employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in marketing or a similar field.
Extensive and demonstrated experience in Marketing or Talent Marketing functions.
Strong experience in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Communication, or Employer Branding.
Strategic thinker with an eye towards execution.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable items and generate positive outcomes.
Strong data-driven mindset and use of data to support strategic decisions.
Ability to build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders and peers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and consult at all levels.
Enjoyment of working as part of a team in a global community.

Qualifications

Benefits & Perks

Salary range between $103,600 and $194,400 based on experience and qualifications.
Discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
