We are seeking a Technical Marketing Engineer to shape the future of network monitoring and security, bridging engineering, product, sales, and customer needs, and creating technical content, demos, and integrations to demonstrate Gigamon's value.

Key Responsibilities

Craft killer demos and enablement content for our field, partners, and customers.
Deliver field-ready training and scalable content that gets adopted across the organization.
Conduct a competitive product teardown.
Work with ecosystem partners to determine joint value and build integration prototypes.
Help customers understand why Gigamon matters, not just how it works.
Create technical collateral such as demo videos, blogs, white papers, and deployment guides.
Validate ideas with customers, prototype future solutions, experiment, and shape future industry standards.
Innovate, build, fail fast, and lead the industry in network visibility and security solutions.
Assist the world's largest organizations in applying network-derived telemetry into private LLMs for operations and security.
Travel occasionally (every 6-8 weeks on average) to engage with customers and partners.

Requirements

Have a CS degree, or be skilled with code and know how to get things running.
Spend 5+ years in systems engineering, including deploying solutions and building demos.
Know your way around networking, DevOps, and CI/CD; bonus if experienced in both.
Be a strong communicator, capable of representing Gigamon to major customers.
Be a self-starter who enjoys building, experimenting, and pushing technological boundaries.
Quick learner with new technologies such as AI, ML, and cloud-native security.

Experience with AI, ML, cloud-native security.

Qualifications

Educational background in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits & Perks

Competitive salary range of $136,000 - $170,000 based at Gigamon's Santa Clara, CA headquarters.
Opportunity to earn an annual bonus or commission (subject to plan terms).
