About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with affiliate Sanford sites to understand and analyze business objectives and underlying issues.
• Provide relationship management support to a specific site.
• Investigate business needs, problems, and opportunities consulting stakeholders as appropriate.
• Assist with financing, contracting, and escalations for sites.
• Facilitate IT billing and invoicing.
• Create and analyze relevant information to develop IT solution recommendations.
• Ensure the success of the execution of projects and completion of tasks for each area of responsibility.
• Advise on the appropriate solutions to complex customer account problems.
• Possess a broad knowledge of the technology field to address concerns in a timely fashion and reach out to subject matter experts.
• Serve as a change agent, influencing stakeholders and project deliverables to change organizational culture and processes.
• Present program/project proposals, updates, and outcomes to senior site leadership.
• Work independently with minimal direction on day-to-day work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in communications, business administration or related field.
• Three years applicable work experience, preferably in customer service management.
• Experience in relationship management highly preferred.
