About the Role

The Territory Business Manager is a unique role that offers an opportunity to advance specialty experience within a dynamic healthcare environment. The role involves representing EVERSANA and its client, ensuring healthcare providers are informed and educated about LUMRYZ, and maintaining high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction in assigned territories. The position requires extensive travel and a focus on developing business relationships, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to grow market share and support patient access.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and grows business relationships with targeted customers within the assigned geography.
  • Develops a detailed local market business plan that focuses on strategic growth opportunities, including tactical plans and a measurement system to capture results and insights.
  • Utilizes all available resources to educate healthcare professionals and staff on Avadel products to grow LUMRYZ market share.
  • Understands and manages the patient journey utilizing resources like Field Reimbursement Managers, National Account Directors, Nurse Care Navigators, etc., to help offices navigate prescription, insurance, and product access processes.
  • Utilizes pre-call planning, account management, and consultative selling skills, along with clinical expertise, to enhance business and build advocacy for LUMRYZ.
  • Proactively analyzes and applies qualitative and quantitative market data to identify business opportunities and priorities, including reimbursement trends and hub services insights.
  • Builds compliant cross-functional relationships with MSL, Managed Market, and Reimbursement teams to deliver high-quality service to physicians, healthcare professionals, and patients.
  • Travels up to 90% of the time to cover territories and ensure engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience.
  • Experience in Specialty markets desired, Rare Disease not required.
  • Demonstrated successful sales performance and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 90%, including overnight and weekend travel.
  • Possession of a current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Fosters an entrepreneurial spirit with ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to interact successfully in a dynamic and culturally diverse workplace.
  • Credentialing requirements may apply for certain customers or healthcare professionals, including vaccinations such as influenza and COVID-19.

  • Experience in Specialty markets, particularly Rare Disease.
