The Training Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving training revenue growth and adoption across new and existing accounts. This strategic position embeds training solutions into the sales cycle and ensures customer success through comprehensive skills development programs. The role focuses on developing and executing strategies to expand the training business, working closely with sales teams, customer success managers, partner teams, and key stakeholders to identify and capitalize on training opportunities across the global customer base. The position is based in Herndon, co-located with Sales and Customer Success teams, requiring attendance at the office a minimum of 3 days per week, with flexibility for remote work on remaining days.
