Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of high-volume sales strategies to drive new logo ARR and meet revenue targets.
  • Build, coach, and mentor 3-4 sales teams to ensure high productivity and high value add processes.
  • Work alongside sales teams to win deals and teach, particularly focusing on large accounts, while directly contributing to team quotas.
  • Drive sales execution to improve forecasting, medium-term planning, and critical funnel metrics.
  • Collaborate with the CSO to develop staffing, planning, and training initiatives for upcoming quarters or years.
  • Assess team talent, culture, and processes, identifying gaps and strengths to improve sales performance.
  • Focus on quality conversion and sales process improvement in large and mid deal segments.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with the executive team to enhance sales and onboarding effectiveness.
  • Deliver early sales wins to build credibility and demonstrate leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience managing multi-team sales organizations in high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving aggressive revenue targets in a B2B / SMB-focused business.
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability, with success in mentoring sales managers and reps.
  • Background in consultative sales, business development, or account management, with expertise in solving client pain points and building long-term relationships.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.

Qualifications
