About the Role

The VP, Enterprise Acquisition (NA) at EZRA is responsible for leading all enterprise customer acquisition efforts across North America. The role involves building out the New Business specialization, establishing best practices for customer acquisition, leading a team of RVPs and Account Executives, and partnering with various internal and external teams to drive new business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive new business growth across North America.
  • Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying resources for sales and business development.
  • Partner with Enterprise Growth leadership to transition newly acquired customers seamlessly.
  • Develop creative strategies to differentiate EZRA's approach to acquiring new clients.
  • Partner with Adecco Group and other brands to unlock new customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Act as a brand spokesperson and lead presentations and events with enterprise prospects.
  • Collaborate with peers across the Enterprise Sales function to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.
  • Lead and develop a team capable of acquiring new enterprise customers.
  • Partner with the People Team to attract high-potential contributors and support onboarding.
  • Manage team performance, foster collaboration, and encourage continuous learning.
  • Identify operational metrics, define objectives, and establish tracking systems in partnership with SVP, NA Sales and RevOps.
  • Create review cadences and expose key metrics to the executive team.
  • Manage department budget in collaboration with Finance and RevOps.
  • Support team onboarding, training, professional development, and advocacy.
  • Embed EZRA's enterprise growth strategy across GTM approaches.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies for enterprise customer acquisition.
  • Align with senior leadership on key metrics and objectives.
  • Set strategic direction for gaining new accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience acquiring new customers in a senior leadership role within enterprise or global accounts.
  • 7+ years of successful business development experience.
  • 5+ years managing teams larger than 5 direct reports with effective performance management.
  • Significant experience in the HR consulting, leadership, and L&D space.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce.
  • Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Strong networking, partnering, and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly data-driven in building GTM strategies and managing performance.
  • Understanding of key leading indicators for a healthy acquisition function.
  • Flexibility to work across regions and time zones, including travel (50% or more).
  • Strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
  • Must be 'in the market' with clients and team members.
