About the Role

Pantone, one of Veralto's iconic operating companies, is seeking a visionary, strategic, and hands-on senior marketing leader to drive bold, global brand transformation across both B2B and B2C audiences. This role offers the opportunity to shape a globally recognized brand in color, leveraging its creative legacy while building its next chapter of growth. The VP of Global Marketing will lead a talented, high-performing team, influence company strategy, and champion customer insights to fuel storytelling and commercial results. The position involves balancing brand narrative with measurable business outcomes, managing a global marketing organization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a global marketing organization spanning brand, product marketing, sales lead generation, marketing operations, and consulting partner services.
  • Manage and expand a network of external agencies and consultants to deliver results.
  • Champion the customer experience, collaborating with product and sales teams to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
  • Lead implementation of marketing strategies and tactics to drive market demand growth for Pantone's solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts that drive results.
  • Develop and execute a robust marketing calendar with compelling campaigns that are resonant with target audiences.
  • Work closely with finance and the President to develop the marketing budget and deliver cost-effective campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with finance, web, sales operations, and data teams to develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of growth and succession planning.
  • Manage digital marketing teams and collaborate with eCommerce and Web teams to enhance digital experiences and engagement.
  • Drive strategy, planning, and execution of lead-generation and digital marketing activities, including website content, paid ads, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies and materials, advise on sell-in and reseller strategies, and identify new sales leads.
  • Support strategic initiatives for new products and markets, and provide ad-hoc support to the President on special projects.
  • Stay current with marketing trends and technologies, providing thought leadership.
  • Design the future state of customer service and engagement in collaboration with leadership.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and act as a brand advocate internally and externally.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of senior marketing experience working with B2C and B2B companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Sciences, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in brand management and digital/non-digital marketing channels.
  • Proven track record in driving customer growth and revenue.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing best practices, including social media advertising, email marketing, and GenAI search.
  • Proven ability to lead, recruit, train, and retain high-performance marketing teams.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex marketing strategies into actionable plans and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Keen knowledge of marketing compliance standards and regulations.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple priorities.

  • Advanced degree and/or MBA.
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with inorganic growth activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of senior marketing experience.
